慢性肾炎肾病型,中医属“范水”畴。肿我科1975～1985年治疗197例,按治疗方法的不同分为四组:强的松加中药组:本组病人以强的松治疗为主,中药用来扶正或消除强的松的副作用。用强的松前,治法是补益脾肾佐以利水,药物有党参、桂枝、山药、茯苓、猪苓、泽泻、白术、苡米、大腹皮等。强的松使用后出现口干、多汗、怕热、心烦、心慌、头晕失眠,舌质红苔黄,脉弦数或滑数,
