工作场所排斥指的是员工在工作场所知觉到的他人对自己的排挤、忽视和拒绝。本文基于文献回顾,首先分析了工作场所排斥的概念内涵,介绍了相应的测量工具,然后从被排斥者与排斥发生的环境两个方面分析了工作场所排斥的影响因素,紧接着分析了工作场所排斥的影响结果,包括对员工心理与行为等方面的影响,并探讨了工作场所排斥发生作用的中介和调节变量,最后指出了以往研究存在的不足以及未来的研究方向,以期为后续研究提供参考。
Workplace exclusion refers to the exclusion, neglect, and rejection of others perceived by employees in the workplace. Based on the literature review, this paper first analyzes the connotation of the concept of workplace exclusion, introduces the corresponding measurement tools, and then analyzes the influencing factors of workplace exclusion from the exclusion and exclusion of the occurrence of the environment, followed by analysis of the workplace The impact of exclusion, including the impact on employee psychology and behavior, and discusses the intermediary and regulatory variables that play a role in workplace exclusion.
