个人代理人制度的引入,对深化寿险营销体制改革,加速寿险产品转型和险种升级换代,有效刺激市场需求,促进保险业务快速增长,发挥了很大作用。但与此同时,个人代理人为追求销售业绩和自身利益,误导、欺诈投保者的行为时有发生,危及保险行业信誉和保险代理人的形象,其信用问题日益引起社会的关注和重视。
The introduction of the personal agent system has played a significant role in deepening the reform of life insurance marketing system, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of life insurance products, effectively stimulating market demand and promoting the rapid growth of insurance business. However, in the meantime, personal agents have occasionally engaged in pursuing sales performance and self-interest, misleading and cheating insured persons, endangering the reputation of the insurance industry and the image of insurance agents, and their credit problems have drawn increasing public concern and attention.
