盐亭县位于川中盆地偏北,浅丘向低山过渡地带,海拔334.5～789米,一般400米左右。盐亭县处于嘉陵江与涪江的分水岭上,引水较难,年降雨量平均为825.8毫米,且处于川东伏旱、川西春旱的交错地带,降雨不均。据多年资料,干旱频率春旱为73%,夏旱为77%,伏旱为50%,秋干为14%,冬旱为82%是川中严重旱区。水利化程度仅20%,抗灾能力低。
Yanting County is located in the basin north of the Central Sichuan Basin, shallow hill to the transition zone, 334.5 ~ 789 meters above sea level, usually about 400 meters. Yanting County is on the watershed between Jialing River and Fujiang River. It is harder to conduct water diversions. The average annual rainfall is 825.8 millimeters. It is located in a staggered area with spring drought in eastern Sichuan Province and spring drought in western Sichuan with uneven rainfall. According to years of data, drought frequency is 73% in spring drought, 77% in summer drought, 50% in summer, 14% in autumn and 82% in winter drought. Degree of water conservancy is only 20%, low resilience.
