基于“客户画像”的供电服务情绪指数构建与应用研究

随着供电规模的扩大,用电客户的需求也越来越多样化,为更好地了解用电客户需求,规避客户情绪化事件造成的不良影响,提升供电服务质量,供电公司需有效地评估客户在用电体验方面的满意度.因此,文章利用客户用电的行为特征,多维度构建供电系统的“客户画像”模型,依托大数据分析理论,构建供电服务情绪指数模型,量化反映客户对供电服务的满意度,预测潜在舆情风险.通过将客户情绪化事件转换为可视化的数据,实现了客户主观的用电满意度可对比、可评估、可预警,最终实现供电企业高质量供电服务,优化营商环境.
