本文叙述在1000℃和Ar气氛中,直接以TiO_2粉末、Ni粉末、Ca粒和少许无水CaCl_2为原料合成钛镍系合金粉末,大大简化了制造工艺。产品的吸氢量为125.6mlH_2/gTiNi,适合于用作吸氢电极材料。
This paper describes the direct synthesis of titanium-nickel alloy powders with TiO 2 powder, Ni powder, Ca particles and a little anhydrous CaCl 2 at 1000 ℃ and Ar atmosphere, which greatly simplifies the manufacturing process. Hydrogen absorption capacity of the product is 125.6mlH_2 / gTiNi, suitable for hydrogen absorbing electrode materials.
