考察了自制的磁性微球的体外物理栓塞及动物体内栓塞情况,研究了外加磁场对微球体内分布的影响。结果表明:该微球具有良好的磁响应性能,在磁场作用下能滞留、栓塞于靶位;外加磁场能改变微球在体内的分布。
The in vitro physical embolization of the self-made magnetic microspheres and the embolization in animals were investigated. The influence of external magnetic fields on the distribution of the microspheres was studied. The results show that the microspheres have good magnetic response performance, can be retained and embolized at the target position under the action of magnetic field; external magnetic field can change the distribution of microspheres in the body.
