涟钢紧凑式带钢生产线(CSP)辊底式隧道炉位于连铸机与轧机之间。合理的传送点是确保板坯最佳在炉时间、提高隧道炉缓冲空间的关键。基于板坯温度跟踪轨迹,结合连铸机两线生产的特点及轧制节奏的要求,建立传送点控制模型,实现板坯温度跟踪和传送点计算。现场应用效果表明,该模型通过动态设定传送点协调了铸机和轧机的节奏,使两者处于最佳平衡状态。
The Lianyuan Steel Compact Strip Production Line (CSP) roller hearth tunnel furnace is located between the caster and the mill. Reasonable delivery point is to ensure the best slab furnace time, improve the tunnel furnace buffer space key. Based on the trajectory of slab temperature tracking, combined with the characteristics of two-line production of continuous casting machine and the requirements of rolling cadence, a control model of delivery point was established to realize the temperature tracking and transfer point calculation of slab. The field application shows that the model coordinates the rhythm of caster and mill by dynamically setting transmission points so that the two are in the best balance.
