采用菌丝生长速率测定法和病菌孢子萌发率方法,测定了姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc.)提取物对梨黑斑病病原菌(Alternaria kikuchiana Tanaka)的抗菌活性。结果表明,姜提取物在5 000、2 500、1 250 mg/L的质量浓度下,梨黑斑病病菌孢子萌发率低于60%,对菌丝的抑制率大于50%。对梨黑斑病病原菌具有较强的抑制作用。
The antibacterial activity of Zingiber officinale Rosc. Against Alternaria kikuchiana Tanaka was determined by mycelial growth rate assay and spore germination rate. The results showed that the spore germination rate of ginger extract was less than 60% and the mycelial growth rate was more than 50% under the concentration of 5 000, 2 500 and 1 250 mg / L. Pear black spot pathogens have a strong inhibitory effect.
