运用通径分析和多元回归分析的方法,采用体质量和6个形态性状为指标对中华鳖3个养殖群体(黄河,洞庭,绿卡)进行了比较,分析了各个群体形态性状与体质量的关系并建立回归方程。结果显示:影响3个群体体质量的主要形态性状不同,其中黄河群体的主要形态性状为背甲长和体高,洞庭群体的主要形态性状为背甲长、背甲宽和体高,而绿卡群体的主要形态性状为腹甲长和腹甲宽。3个群体的回归方程分别为:黄河y=-801.208+75.656x1+84.630x5,洞庭y=-504.672+57.146x1+44.990x2-35.820x5,绿卡y=-591.999+53.211x3+48.537x4。相关指数均大于0.85,说明影响3个群体体质量的主要形态性状已经找出,且方程拟合度良好。研究表明,影响3个群体体质量的主要形态性状不同,因此针对不同群体的选择相应的性状才能达到更理想的选育效果。
By using the methods of path analysis and multiple regression analysis, the body weight and six morphological traits were used as indexes to compare the three breeding populations (Yellow River, Dongting and Green Card) of the soft-shelled turtle, and to analyze the relationship between morphological traits and body weight And establish regression equation.
