我院自1996年以来在30例同种异体肾移植手术中应用德国ａｎｇｉｏｍｅｄ支架管做为肾移植术后尿路支架,取得较好效果,现报告如下。1 临床资料男性18例,女性12例,均为慢性肾功能衰竭病人,行同种异体肾移植术。术后随访3年均无并发症。2 手术方法麻醉后先留置Ｆｏｌｅｙｓ导尿
