目的:探讨超声产前诊断胎儿先天畸形的临床应用价值。方法:对经引产或分娩证实的58例胎儿畸形资料进行回顾性分析。结果:58例畸形胎儿中,产前超声诊断57例,漏诊1例,准确率98.27%,其中神经系统畸形24例居首位,骨骼系统的畸形4例,心脏畸形7例,泌尿系统畸形7例,消化系统畸形9例,唇颚裂胎的畸形2例,肺部的畸形5例。结论:产前超声筛查胎儿畸形,诊断率高,既安全又简便,是产前筛查胎儿畸形的首选方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital malformations. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 58 cases of fetal malformations confirmed by induction or labor. Results: 58 cases of malformation fetus, prenatal diagnosis of 57 cases of ultrasound, 1 case of missed diagnosis, the accuracy rate of 98.27%, of which 24 cases of nervous system malformations first place, 4 cases of skeletal system deformity, 7 cases of heart malformations, urinary system malformations 7 Cases, digestive system deformity in 9 cases, 2 cases of deformity of cleft lip and palate, lung deformity in 5 cases. Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformations, high diagnostic rate, safe and easy, is the preferred method of antenatal screening for fetal malformations.
