我厂生产技术科负责全厂的技术管理(包括试验试样)和计划管理工作,全科共有17人,其中技术管理的有11人,计划管理的有6人。计划管理主要负责全厂的设备开动、计划编制,统计记录、原料供应、花色安排和半制品衔接等生产调度工作。计划管理的基本任务是在厂长直接指导下,认真贯彻执行国家和主管局所规定的各项计划任务,定期编制生产计划和制订各项指标,充分挖掘企业的潜力,积极组织企业内部、计划之间、设备之间的综合平衡,并安排好原料的供应和前后道工序的衔接,抓好日常生产调度和生产进度,
