对５个小麦品种（系）进行４种不同纸袋的套袋处理，比较研究了套袋对小麦结实和种子发育的影响。结果表明，塑料纸袋自交结实率低于对照且差异显著，不宜采用；羊皮纸袋、硫酸纸袋和半透明纸袋自交结实率与其对照比差异不显著，可作为小麦育性鉴定指标；套袋自交结实种子的千粒重显著低于对照，发芽率除塑料纸袋外均高于对照，其剪颖处理后的差异更为显著。说明套袋、剪颖处理对种子的发育具有显著的影响。 Five different wheat varieties (lines) were sacked with four different paper bags, and the effects of bagging on wheat seed setting and seed development were compared. The results showed that the selfing rate of plastic paper bags was lower than that of the control and the difference was not significant. The self-fertility rate of parchment paper bags, sulfuric acid paper bags and translucent paper bags was not significantly different from the control, which could be used as the identification index of wheat fertility. The 1000-grain weight of real seed was significantly lower than that of the control, the germination rate was higher than that of the control except the plastic paper bag, and the difference after shearing was more significant. Explained bagging, shearing processing on the development of the seed has a significant impact.
