人力资源循证决策相关的人力资源循证理念,对企业的人力资源决策科学化以及人力资源管理水平的提升具有重要作用。通过人力资源循证决策将最佳证据合理利用到人力资源管理过程中以及人力资源决策过程中,对于企业管理效能具有重要意义。通过对人力资源循证决策的基本内涵分析,研究人力资源循证决策对人力资源管理效能的影响。
Human resources evidence-based decision-making related to the concept of human resources evidence-based business decision-making of human resources and scientific management of human resources management level plays an important role. Evidence through human resources evidence-based decision-making rational use of evidence to human resources management process and human resources decision-making process, for the effectiveness of business management is of great significance. By analyzing the basic connotation of evidence-based decision-making of human resources, this paper studies the influence of evidence-based decision-making of human resources on the effectiveness of human resources management.
