针对目前网购中所出现的各种问题,笔者从消费者羊群行为和电子口碑的角度,使用数学推导和数值仿真的方法,分析了各种问题出现的原因。提出现有的网购评价体系过于单一,容易引发消费者的盲目信任和跟从,导致欺诈有机可乘。进一步提出电商改良评价体系,提供更多的评论平台,旨在帮助消费者和卖家获取有价值的口碑信息,准确制定购买决策和营销策略,同时帮助电子商务平台规范评价体系和制度,提高在线评论系统的效率,减少客户投诉率提供参考。
