甾体类化合物是广泛存在的天然产物,在化学工业和医药领域备受重视。笔者主要根据甾体类化合物A环不同位置的结构变化及官能团的引入,综述了甾体化合物A环结构修饰的新进展,旨在为甾体的深入研究开发提供参考。 Steroid compounds are widespread natural products, which have attracted great attention in the chemical industry and medicine. Based on the structural changes of the steroid A ring at different positions and the introduction of functional groups, the author reviewed the recent advances in the structural modification of the A ring of steroidal compounds and provided a reference for the further research and development of steroids.
