在广西南宁地区测定了296例正常人和158例高血压病、冠心病、脑血栓形成及糖尿病454例的血清载脂蛋白B〔APOB〕。正常值为2.42±0.30mmol/L,且有随年龄增加的趋势,而以60～69岁组为最高。本组高血压病、冠心病、脑血栓形成及糖尿病的APOB均明显高于正常值(P<0.01),提示测定APOB值对动脉粥样硬化性疾病诊断有一定实用价值。
Serum apolipoprotein B (APOB) was measured in 296 normal subjects and 158 hypertensive, coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis and 454 diabetic patients in Nanning, Guangxi. The normal value of 2.42 ± 0.30mmol / L, and with the trend of age, while the highest in the group of 60 to 69 years. This group of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis and diabetic APOB were significantly higher than normal (P <0.01), suggesting that the determination of APOB value of atherosclerotic disease diagnosis has some practical value.
