用人工流产胎皮提取人Ⅲ型前胶原（hPcⅢ）免疫BALB／C小鼠，成功地得到抗hPcⅢ单抗2株即MA1和MH8。杂交瘤连续培养半年，冻存5年复苏后仍能分泌抗体。经免疫级化检测显示成人血管壁、纤维间质和中国仓鼠成纤维细胞株（V79）呈阳性反应、肝癌细胞及问质也呈阳性反应，其余呈阴性。MA与牛Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原及角蛋白有交叉免疫反应。MH8与牛Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原有交叉，与角蛋白无交叉。两株单抗均与甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚肮原（CEA）无交叉免疫反应。MA1属IgM型，其杂交瘤染色体数96条，MH8属IgG1型，其杂交瘤染色体效90条。
BALB / C mice were immunized with human type Ⅲ procollagen (hPcⅢ) by artificial abortion, and 2 anti-hPcⅢ monoclonal antibodies (MA1 and MH8) were successfully obtained. Hybridomas cultured continuously for six months, cryopreserved after five years of recovery can still secrete antibodies. Immunohistochemical detection showed that the adult vascular wall, interstitial fibrosis and Chinese hamster fibroblast cell line (V79) positive reaction, liver cancer cells and ask also positive reaction, the rest was negative. MA cross-reacts with bovine type I, type III collagen and keratin. MH8 cross with bovine type I and type III collagen and no cross with keratin. Two monoclonal antibodies were not cross-reactive with AFP and CEA. MA1 belongs to the IgM type. The number of hybridoma chromosomes is 96, and the MH8 genotype is IgG1. The hybridoma has 90 chromosomes.
