超声激励微泡所产生的“空化效应”能够介导肿瘤细胞凋亡,实现对特定组织释放药物,以及诱导肿瘤血管的栓塞、抑制肿瘤血管的分化增殖,从而发挥靶向治疗的作用。这一项非侵入性治疗策略开拓了肿瘤治疗的思路,并成为新近超声研究中的热点。现就该策略的研究进展进行简要综述。
The “cavitation effect” produced by ultrasound-activated microbubbles can mediate apoptosis of tumor cells, release drugs to specific tissues, and induce the embolization of tumor blood vessels and inhibit the differentiation and proliferation of tumor blood vessels so as to exert the effect of targeted therapy . This noninvasive treatment strategy opens the way for cancer treatment and has become a hot spot in recent ultrasound research. Now a brief overview of the research progress of this strategy.
