豆腐在中国,时不论古今,地不分南北,人不分贵贱,年不分老幼,人人都爱吃它。 在我国有名的地方菜肴中,几乎都有豆腐菜。如广东菜中有蚝油豆腐,太史豆腐等十几种,四川菜中有麻婆豆腐、酸辣豆腐、家常豆腐等八种,北京菜中有冬菇豆腐、什锦豆腐等近十种。各种菜系、酸甜麻辣,口味不同,豆腐都能唱起“主角”,可见豆腐的魅力所在。 古往今来,许多名人与豆腐结下了不解之缘,留下了不少趣闻佳话。
