在考察西方和古代中国进行文化国际传播的基础上,本文提出在当今出现世界性的中国文化热之际,中国文化跨国传播中首先要大张旗鼓地宣扬和昭示中国文化的价值;其次要认真地梳理中国文化的核心价值,在梳理过程中也要把近现代中国形成的新文化、“新国学”融合到中国文化的价值链中;第三要梳理中国文化中具有永恒性和普世性的价值体系,寻找和厘定中国文化与人类文化的共同点和对接点;第四应该注重文化跨语际传播的方法和方式问题,注重传播的可受容性、兼容性和有效性;最后,也应该注重文化传播的互动性和双向性,在文化传播中注意吸收他国文化的精华和营养,以丰富本国文化并促进本国文化在传播中增加新的价值内容,从而不断发展和辉煌。
