尿道肉阜是女性尿道外口的特有病变—良性息肉样组织。我院调查1181例已婚妇女,其发病率为56.7%,约占女性尿道外口病变的87.1%。我院自1983年3月至1990年6月,采用尿道外口粘膜环形切除并尿道前庭移植术治疗48例,效果满意,现报告如下。临床资料一、年龄 21～76岁,平均35岁,以21～40岁最多,共41例。二、发病时间均因尿路刺激症状前来就诊。病 Urethral caruncle is a unique lesion of female urethral orifice - benign polyps-like tissue.
