近年来,为了探索蘑菇高产栽培的途径和因子,我们进行了波形料面栽培试验,获得较好的增产效果,现简报如下。 (一)材料和方法:供试菌株为本室选育的蘑菇优良菌株8305—2。培养料配方为稻草和猪粪各50%,另加花生麸2%,尿素1%,茶籽饼、过磷酸钙、石膏和石灰各2%。采用本室设计的塑料薄膜密封与管道通气堆料发酵法。波形料面设计,二波谷之间距离2尺,波峰高8寸,波谷高4寸,如图所示。
