考虑温度和收缩作用,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对同样厚度的带和不带扶壁柱的板墙以及设置后浇带的板墙分别进行应力场分析。分析结果表明:不带扶壁柱的板墙,不同分段长度板墙最大应力影响区域有明显区别;带扶壁柱的混凝土板墙,温度及收缩引起的应力主要与扶壁柱的设置间距有关,板墙分段长度对温度及收缩应力影响不大。巨型扶壁柱对板墙来说,起到了后浇带的一部分作用,对温度以及收缩引起的裂缝控制比较有利。分析结果不仅成功应用于背景工程,也可为相关工程提供借鉴。
Considering the effects of temperature and shrinkage, the ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the stress fields of slab walls with the same thickness and without pillars and the slab walls with the back pouring zone. The analysis results show that there is a clear difference between the maximum stress influence area of the wall with different piled length and the wall without pillars. The concrete slab wall with buttress column, the temperature and the stress caused by shrinkage are mainly related to the installation spacing , The length of the wall segment has little effect on the temperature and shrinkage stress. Giant buttress column wall, it played a part of the post-pouring zone, the temperature and shrinkage caused by the crack control is more favorable. The results of the analysis not only successfully applied to background engineering, but also provide reference for related projects.
