油田加热炉火管结垢情况日益严重,为解决结垢带来的安全隐患,采用高压水力射流管路对加热炉火管进行清防垢,运用数值模拟对管路喷嘴结构参数进行优化,选取水射流打击到火管外表面的压力和速度作为判断清洗效果的因素,得到最佳喷嘴内径D=8 mm、喷口与火管外表面距离H=25 mm和喷嘴角度θ=60°。
In order to solve the potential safety problems brought by scale formation, a high-pressure hydraulic jet pipe was used to clean the fire tube of the heating furnace. Numerical simulation was used to optimize the structural parameters of the pipe nozzle. The pressure and velocity of the water jet striking the outer surface of the fire tube were taken as the factors to determine the cleaning effect. The optimal nozzle inner diameter D = 8 mm, the distance between nozzle and the outer surface of the fire tube H = 25 mm and the nozzle angle θ = 60 ° were obtained.
