目前国内对差压铸造液面加压控制系统研究尚少,有些工厂虽然制成了差压铸造机,但液面加压过程还多为手动控制。手动控制的缺点是:加压速度无法准确控制;升液与充型过程无法实现分级加压,尤其对浇注过程中有可能发生的泄漏无法进行补偿。1980年以来,我们对差压铸造液面加压控制系统进行了研究,研制出了几种控制系统,对它们反复实验比较,最后选用了其中 GLP 型控制系统,并已正式用于生产。
At present, there are still few studies on the liquid pressure control system for differential pressure casting. Although some factories have made the differential pressure casting machine, the liquid pressure process is mostly manual control. The disadvantage of manual control is that the pressurization speed can not be controlled accurately. The grading and pressurization can not be realized in the process of liquid filling and filling, especially the leakage that may occur in the pouring process can not be compensated. Since 1980, we have studied the liquid pressure control system of differential pressure casting, developed several control systems, compared them with each other repeatedly and finally selected the GLP type control system which has been formally used in the production.
