研究了改性方案和改性剂对异氰酸酯组分黏度和高回弹泡沫性能的影响,确定了改性方案;考察了改性聚合MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)对高回弹泡沫力学性能、环保性能和外观的影响。结果表明,采用复合改性剂对聚合MDI按文中所述方案II进行改性,并将该改性聚合MDI与TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)掺混作为B组分,当m(改性聚合MDI):m(B组分)为15%时,所得B组分黏度适中,由其制备的高回弹泡沫在力学性能、环保性能和外观等方面均有所改善。
The effects of the modification scheme and the modifier on the viscosity of the isocyanate component and the properties of the high resilience foam were studied and the modification scheme was determined. The effects of the modified polymeric MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) on the mechanical properties of the high resilience foam , Environmental performance and appearance of the impact. The results showed that the polymeric MDI was modified with the compound modifier according to the scheme II described in the text, and the modified polymeric MDI and TDI (toluene diisocyanate) were blended as the B component. When m (modified polymeric MDI) : m (B component) is 15%, the resulting component B moderate viscosity, prepared by its high resilience foam in terms of mechanical properties, environmental performance and appearance have improved.
