阀盖又称闷盖、堵头、压盖、压兰等,它的大小是决定液压元件轮廓尺寸的主要因素。设计阀盖校核弯曲应力,目前比较混乱,有的校核阀盖全断面上的平均弯曲应力σ_(W1),有的只校核翼缘上的弯曲应力σ_(W2),也有两者都予校核的。本文根据σ_(W1)与σ_(W2)的计算公式,推出了σ_(W2)与σ_(W2)之间的关系式,进而提出了判断校核断面的准则和判别曲线;同时对许用应力取值也提出了建议。这对于简化计算,正确选取许用应力值,都具有现实意义。
