本文给出一套实用的铜蒸气激光器(CVL)激光脉冲展宽系统,展宽效率为60%。展宽的光脉冲注入放大器后,放大器效率提高10%～12%,同时给出不同延时下,CVL放大光输出脉冲波形,并分析了其变化规律。
