郑文焯为“清季四大词人”之一,擅诗词,精于音律,尤工校雠。一生校词甚多,于梦窗词校勘用力最勤,其所校梦窗词是多种《梦窗词》批校本中最晚出而又最完善的。郑文焯手批梦窗词,另创新义,批语精辟警策。著有《梦窗词校议》二卷,用梦窗手稿十六阕校正明毛晋刻本、清杜文澜刻本、清王鹏运刻本讹误,并推究致讹之因。郑氏在梦窗校议中,以梦窗新词稿对校,综合运用其他校勘方法,逻辑谨严,结论可信,并对梦窗词的艺术特征予以精细考察。 Zheng Wenzhuo is one of the “Four Seasons Ci Writers in the Qing Dynasty.” He is good at poetry and good at temperament, especially in engineering.
