本文比较详细地考察了光管温度对GC/FTIR联机检测的若干影响,指出提高光管温度将明显降低重建色谱图和红外光谱图的信噪比,对这些影响的起因进行了讨论,并提出一种减小上述影响的控制光管温度的方式,以实际样品的分析为例说明了该方法可以提高对复杂混合物中较早流出色谱柱的组分的检出能力。
This paper examines the influence of the temperature of the light pipe on the on-line GC / FTIR detection in detail. It is pointed out that increasing the temperature of the light pipe will significantly reduce the signal-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed chromatogram and the IR spectrum, and discuss the causes of these effects. One way to reduce the above-mentioned effect of controlling the temperature of the light pipe is to illustrate the method of actual sample analysis, which can improve the detection ability of the components outflow from the column in complex mixtures.
