本文对20例肺心病合并肺感染及呼吸衰竭者,分别测定TXA_2,PGI_2,血气分析,并用Gomez公式计算出肺动脉压,同时与肺心病肺感染无呼吸衰竭者及单纯肺感染者对照。结论为:TXA_2,PGI_2在肺心病呼吸衰竭组最高,肺心病肺感染组次之,单纯肺感染组最低。随着病情好转,逐步下降。TXA_2和PGI_2与肺动脉高压呈正相关,在呼吸衰竭时,可以作为间接测定肺动脉高压的一项指标。
In this paper, 20 cases of pulmonary heart disease with pulmonary infection and respiratory failure were measured TXA_2, PGI_2, blood gas analysis, and use the Gomez formula to calculate the pulmonary arterial pressure, and pulmonary heart disease with no respiratory failure pulmonary infection and simple lung infection control. Conclusions: TXA_2 and PGI_2 are the highest in CPR group, pneumoconiosis is the second group with pulmonary infection, and the lowest in simple pulmonary infection group. With the condition improved, gradually decline. TXA_2 and PGI_2 are positively correlated with pulmonary hypertension, and may be used as an indirect indicator of pulmonary hypertension in respiratory failure.
