研究了莲(Nelumbo nucifera)根茎甲醇提取物对大鼠的利尿作用。结果:莲根茎的甲醇提取物可使大鼠的尿量和电解质排泄量显著增多;当给药剂量在300mg/kg以上时,利钠和利氯作用呈量-效线性关系;利钾作用不如利钠作用,且与给药剂量不呈线性关系;各给药组的利尿作用均不及阳性药物组(呋塞米.20mg/kg)、结果提示:莲根茎甲醇提取物是有效的高钠血、高氯血和高钾血利尿药。 The diuretic effect of Nelumbo nucifera rhizome methanol extract on rats was studied. Results: The methanol extract of lotus rhizomes can significantly increase the urine volume and electrolyte excretion in rats. When the dose is above 300 mg/kg, the sodium and chlorosis act in a dose-effect linear relationship; the potency is not as good as potassium. Natriuretic effect was not linear with the administration dose; the diuretic effect of each administration group was less than that of the positive drug group (furosemide. 20 mg/kg). The results suggested that the lotus root stem methanol extract was effective hypernatremia , high chloride blood and high potassium diuretics.
