现阶段,尽管我国的国民经济正处于飞速上升时期,但是各种环境问题也随之而来,对公众的生存环境造成了一定的威胁。为了顺利推进可持续发展目标的实现,国家制定了公众参与环境保护制度,以期望公众能从自身做起,切实维护自身的生存环境。本文结合笔者多年来的工作经验,就环境法中公众参与制度的不足之处进行了简单的论述,并提出了针对性的建议,希望对相关工作者起到抛砖引玉的作用。 At this stage, although our national economy is in a period of rapid increase, various environmental problems have also come along with it, posing a certain threat to the public’s living environment. In order to smoothly promote the realization of the goal of sustainable development, the state has formulated a system of public participation in environmental protection so as to expect the public to start themselves and effectively safeguard their own living environment. Based on the author’s work experience over the years, this article briefly discusses the shortcomings of the public participation system in environmental law and puts forward some pertinent suggestions in the hope of contributing to relevant workers.
