介绍一种基于Winkler地基模型和剪切位移法的群桩沉降轴力简化分析方法。采用简化方法对风力机基础工程实例进行分析，并与沉降量实测数据进行对比。分析表明，该方法考虑了群桩效应以及土体的分层特性，计算较简便，且计算精度满足工程要求，在风力机基础竖向力学分析计算中得到较好应用。
