经不同农药处理4 h 时,水稻联合固氮菌菌株NGH111 和EH1113 存活率在48.1%~59.4% 范围内,活菌的浓度大于109/m L。用8 种除草剂处理联合固氮工程菌(简称工程菌菌剂),存活率分别为30.2% ~83.7% 。在液体菌剂中加4% 甘油,于室温条件下保存2 个月,存活率为10% ,活菌数达108/m L。固体菌剂以草炭为介质,先于28℃培养4~5 d,后置4℃保存3 个月,存活率为50% ,活菌数达109/g。
After 4 h treatment with different pesticides, the viability of the combination of nitrogen-fixing bacteria strains NGH111 and EH1113 was in the range of 48.1% -59.4%, and the viable cell concentration was more than 109 / m L. With 8 kinds of herbicides treatment of combined nitrogen fixation engineering bacteria (referred to as engineering bacteria agent), the survival rates were 30.2% ~ 83.7%.
