传土造人艺术的创始者,在东方归诸娲皇,在西方归诸上帝,我们认为:出现在史前的传说是初民缘于生活所萌发的想象真实。即使是想象所附会的真实,作为后人,也乐意给予尊重。 中国大地之予于庆成的传土艺术,满蕴东方色彩,颇具历史穿透力和感染力。 抟土艺术不同于一般意义下的雕塑,它以“塑”为突出的表现手段。“塑”追求自在,它与刻意求工的“雕”异趋。我们说于庆成“上承娲皇”,正是在这一意义上提出来的。 于庆成的艺术,具有粗犷、原始、率真、朴拙的品质,面对当前商品社会中的软媚造作之风,他的艺术语言将会帮助我们面对生活——包括中国人民曾经经历过的苦难生活。——文怀沙
