目的考核产品的耐冲击能力 ,为冲击谱试验机研制一套测试分析系统。方法系统由加速度传感器、信号适调仪、低通滤波器、数据采集板和配有测试分析软件的微机构成。结果系统能对 8路冲击加速度信号进行实时数据采集、分析 ,完成对分析结果的显示、打印、保存任务 ,通过与美国SD2 5 5 0B振动控制和分析系统进行比较测试 ,证实测试系统误差低于 3.5 %。结论系统具有精确度高、可靠性强、人机界面友好等特点 ,可用于瞬态信号的测试分析
Purpose To evaluate the impact resistance of the product and to develop a test and analysis system for the impact spectrum test machine. Method The system consists of accelerometer, signal conditioner, low-pass filter, data acquisition board and computer equipped with test and analysis software. Results The system can real-time data acquisition and analysis of 8-way impact acceleration signals, and display, print and save the analysis results. By comparing with the SD2 55OB vibration control and analysis system in the United States, it is proved that the error of the test system is lower than 3.5%. Conclusion The system has the characteristics of high accuracy, reliability and human-machine interface friendly, which can be used for the test analysis of transient signals
