目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与癌前病变之间的相关性。方法选取2012年3月—2014年12月来沈丘县人民医院治疗的88例患者展开研究,采用免疫组化法测量患者Bcl-2、Pl6蛋白表达情况,使用快速尿素酶法及HE染色检测17例CSG、30例CAG、14例IM、27例GCa患者的Hp感染情况。结果胃癌组Hp感染发生率为59.26%,HP阳性组肠上皮化生组织内Bcl-2阳性表达率比Hp阴性组高,且肠上皮化生及胃癌内Hp感染阳性组h TERT蛋白表达阳性率比Hp感染阴性组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌发病早期会出现Pl6基因表达下降及Bcl-2蛋白表达增多的情况,Hp感染成为促进胃癌发病的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and precancerous lesions. Methods 88 patients who were treated in Shenqiu People’s Hospital from March 2012 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. The expression of Bcl-2 and Pl6 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method and detected by rapid urease and HE staining 17 cases of CSG, 30 cases of CAG, 14 cases of IM, 27 cases of GCa patients with Hp infection. Results The incidence of Hp infection in gastric cancer group was 59.26%. The positive rate of Bcl-2 expression in intestinal metaplasia tissue in HP positive group was higher than that in Hp negative group, and the positive expression rate of h TERT protein in intestinal metaplasia and Hp infection positive group Hp infection than negative group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The decrease of Pl6 gene expression and the increase of Bcl-2 protein expression may occur in the early stage of gastric cancer. Hp infection is an important factor in promoting the development of gastric cancer.
