目的探讨丁苯酞对急性大面积脑梗死患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法选取湖南省脑科医院2012年1月—2014年6月收治的急性大面积脑梗死患者220例,随机分为非丁苯酞组和丁苯酞组,每组110例。采用美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)进行神经功能评估,采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测AngⅡ水平、化学发光免疫分析测定BNP水平。结果丁苯酞组患者NIHSS评分、血浆AngⅡ、BNP水平低于非丁苯酞组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞可以通过降低急性大面积脑梗死患者血浆AngⅡ、BNP水平而改善其神经功能缺损,起到神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide on plasma levels of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with acute large area cerebral infarction. Methods 220 cases of acute large area cerebral infarction admitted to Hunan Brain Hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into non-butylphthalide group and butylphthalide group, with 110 cases in each group. Neurological deficits were assessed by National Institutes of Health neurological deficit score (NIHSS), AngⅡ levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and BNP levels by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results The NIHSS score, plasma AngⅡ and BNP levels in the butylphthalide group were significantly lower than those in the non-butylphthalide group (P <0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide can improve neurological deficit by decreasing plasma levels of AngⅡ and BNP in patients with acute large area cerebral infarction and play a neuroprotective role.
