目的研究耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消二者谱学性质上的差异。方法综合运用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消在石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、甲醇和水5种不同提取溶剂中的谱学行为,宏观比较谱图中峰的数目、形状和强度,以及4种主要活性物质的相对含量。结果在紫外光谱对比分析中,耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消的石油醚和水提取部位有较大差别。在红外光谱对比分析中,耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消的石油醚、氯仿和水提取部位波谱形状差别较大。在液相色谱对比分析中,二者所含主要成分的种类基本相同,但是,不同类成分的含量有较大差异。结论确定了耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消谱学性质的差别,为耳叶牛皮消和戟叶牛皮消的化学手段鉴别提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Aim To study the differences in the spectroscopic properties of ox-oxalbumin and halberd-leaf cowhide. Methods The effects of oxalic acid, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol were studied by UV-Vis, FT-IR and HPLC. And water five kinds of different extraction solvent spectral behavior, macroscopic comparison of the number of peaks in the spectrum, shape and intensity, as well as the relative content of the four main active substances. Results In the comparative analysis of ultraviolet spectrum, there was a great difference between petroleum ether and water extraction parts of ox-oxaliplatin and halberd-hide leather. In infrared spectroscopy comparative analysis, there was a great difference in the spectral shapes of petroleum ether, chloroform and water extracts from the skin of the leather of the ear and the leather of the halberd. In the comparative analysis of liquid chromatography, the two contained the same main types of ingredients, but the contents of different types of ingredients are quite different. Conclusion The differences of the hemicellulosics properties of the leather and the leather of the halberd-leaf were determined, which provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the identification of the chemical means of leather and leather.
