采用一步共沉淀法制备了包覆光敏药物叶绿素的CaCO3粒子,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制粒子的微观形貌进行了表征。用紫外和荧光光谱仪测试了叶绿素乙醇溶液的光谱谱图,其紫外光谱最大吸收波长分别为431,662nm,其荧光光谱的激发和发射最大波长分别为664,672nm。用紫外分光光度计测定总药量和游离的光敏药物叶绿素,并计算其包封率。结果表明,叶绿素质量浓度为0.025g/mL时其包封率达95%。
The CaCO3 particles coated with the photosensitive drug chlorophyll were prepared by one-step coprecipitation method. The morphology of the particles was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The spectra of chlorophyll ethanol solution were tested by ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy. The maximum absorption wavelength of ultraviolet spectrum was 431,662 nm, and the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths were 664 and 672 nm respectively. The total dose and the free photosensitive drug chlorophyll were measured by UV spectrophotometer and the entrapment efficiency was calculated. The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency reached 95% when the mass concentration of chlorophyll was 0.025g / mL.
