我厂成批生产的汽车用6150Q型柴油机,其中的凸轮轴衬套(图1)系薄壁套零件,材料为ZQSn6-6-3锡青铜。由于此材料塑性好、刚性差,因此加工中极易变形,压入后同轴度误差一般在0.07mm以上,衬套壁厚差约0.04mm左右,因此,我厂在专机上镗好柴油机体上的凸轮轴孔后,压入留有余量的凸轮轴衬套,再在专机上精镗衬套孔至最终尺寸φ51.5_0~(+0.03)mm以消除凸轮轴衬套因壁厚超差而带来的装配问题。但是,凸轮轴衬套系高速柴油机中的易损件,当用户需更换凸轮轴衬套时,如将上述精度差的凸轮轴衬套作为配件供应,则用户是不可能备有专机来精镗凸轮轴
