大剂量结素对小剂量结素反应有抑制作用已有报导,但同时接种卡介苗对结素反应的抑制未见报导。作者报导了印度马德拉斯西部50公里地区所进行的卡介苗接种试验。约有30万人接种卡介苗或安慰剂(含0.15％谷氨酸钠和0.0125％右旋醣酐),同时于两臂进行皮内结素试验。采用的结素有两种:一种是5单位PPD-_s,另一种是10单位细胞内分枝杆菌抗原制剂PPD-_B。
It has been reported that large doses of nidogen have a suppressive effect on small doses of cotinine, but there is no report on the inhibition of nodular response to BCG vaccinated at the same time. The authors report a BCG vaccination trial conducted 50 km west of Madras, India. Approximately 300,000 people were vaccinated with BCG or placebo (0.15% sodium glutamate and 0.0125% dextran) and an intradermal nodal test was performed on both arms. There are two types of nodules used: one is PPD-_s with 5 units and the other is PPD-_B with 10 units of intracellular mycobacterial antigen.
