为了使沼气发酵原料不受冬春季节气温影响,除加强沼气池保温管理外,还要对生产沼气的物质基础采用适应的技术措施。利用热性发酵原料作为添加剂,为发酵细菌提供生长繁殖所需的微量元素,可加速有机物的分解,提高产气量。现将有关添加剂及应用技术介绍如下: 1.热性发酵原料 如豆腐坊、酒坊、粉坊、屠宰场下脚热水等,这些热性废弃物,直接投入池内或经过沉淀入池,可提高池温,增加产气量。 2.碳酸氢铵添加剂 用量为原料容积的0.1%~0.3%,拌在原料中投入池内发酵,可提高产气量30%左右。
