《中华人民共和国爆破安全规程》定稿会于1984年12月17～23日在武汉召开。来自全国19个部门的爆破专家和管理干部114人参加了会议。并以他们多年从事爆破研究、教学、设计、施工和管理工作的经验对《规程》进行了认真的讨论。该《规程》由12章和5个附录组成,包括地下、露天、水下和其他爆破、安全距离和防护距离、以及爆破器材的贮存、运输、检验与销毁等内容的条文。代表们认为《规程》从初稿、征求意见稿到经过意见处理的现稿本,吸取了国内外三百多起事故案例的教
“The People’s Republic of China blasting safety regulations,” the final draft will be December 1984 December 17 to 23 held in Wuhan.
