创伤性胰腺炎（TP）主要指由外伤诱发的一种特殊类型急性胰腺炎，其病情复杂且凶险，并发症发生率及病死率高。TP的治疗应根据病情采取个体化的治疗策略，兼顾胰腺损伤的处理和急性胰腺炎治疗的双原则，并根据不同病程分期有所侧重，注重创伤递升式理念、损伤控制、微创治疗以及多学科诊治在TP治疗中的合理应用，从而改善患者预后。
