目的人血液不同成份的吸收光谱不一。在激光照射血液疗法中,选择最佳波长进行研究。方法用752C紫外可见分光光度计进行人血液不同成份吸收光谱的测试。结果血清、血浆、血红蛋白、白蛋白、红细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板的吸收光谱各有差异,吸收峰值位置亦不一致。各成份在200~300nm的紫外部分吸收率最高,在红外部份吸收率最低,并逐渐下降。结论为激光照射血液治疗疾病提供激光波长选择的依据。
The absorption of different components of the human blood absorption spectrum varies. In laser irradiation hematology, choose the best wavelength to study. Methods 752C UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to test the absorption spectra of different components of human blood. Results The absorption spectra of serum, plasma, hemoglobin, albumin, erythrocytes, lymphocytes and platelets were different, and the absorption peaks were also different. The components in the UV 200 ~ 300nm part of the highest absorption rate, the lowest absorption in the infrared part, and gradually decreased. Conclusion The basis of laser wavelength selection for laser irradiation of blood for disease treatment.
