随着医疗市场竞争越发激烈,各个医院对于人才的渴求也更加强烈。作为医院竞争力的核心,不断完善人才队伍的建设,提高人才竞争力是每个医院应该做到的。本文根据当前医院人才特点,提出通过建立以人为本的人才管理概念、加强对内部人才的培养、引进优秀的外部人才等措施,构建完善的医院人才制度,实现医院的可持续发展,进而提高医院核心竞争力。
As the competition in the healthcare market becomes more intense, the thirst for talent in all hospitals is even stronger. As the core competitiveness of the hospital, constantly improve the construction of qualified personnel, improve the competitiveness of talents is every hospital should do. According to the current characteristics of hospital personnel, this paper proposes to set up a sound system of hospital personnel through the establishment of the concept of people-oriented talent management, strengthening the cultivation of internal talents and introducing excellent external talents, so as to realize the sustainable development of the hospital and further enhance the core competition of the hospital force.
